What should I do with my pets during a cleaning?
Our team is pet-friendly! As long as your pets are comfortable with people in the home, they can stick to their normal routine. If they’re nervous around new visitors, you might consider crating them or keeping them in a separate room for their comfort.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?
Nope! We bring everything needed to clean your home from top to bottom. Our eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products are safe for wood, granite, tile, and most other surfaces.
Can you use my cleaning supplies?
For safety and consistency, we use only our professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning solutions. We bring:
- Sanitized cleaning tools & laundered cloths for each home
- Fresh mop heads—never reused between houses
- HEPA-filtration vacuums to improve air quality
However, if you’d like us to use your vacuum, we’re happy to do so if you waive liability for any damage to the vacuum or your home.
Scheduling & Appointments
- Weekly cleanings are quicker since we maintain your home regularly.
- Monthly cleanings take longer since there’s more buildup between visits.
- First-Morning Arrival Window (8:30-9:30 AM) – Guaranteed for an additional $25.
- Standard Arrival Window (10 AM – 2 PM) – Your start time depends on when your technician finishes their first appointment
- Track your preferred technician and try to match them with your home.
- Offer higher consistency for weekly and bi-weekly clients.
- Keep notes and photos for every visit to ensure seamless service.

- Payment is processed the day after your home is cleaned.
Do I need to tip my cleaning technician?
Tipping is never expected but always appreciated! After your cleaning, you’ll have the option to leave a tip if your technician did an outstanding job.
What is the pre-authorization process?
Starting November 24, 2024, we will pre-authorize your card the day before service to ensure smooth scheduling.
- This is not a charge—it’s a temporary hold.
- Your payment is processed only after your cleaning is completed.

What is the new pre-authorization process?
Starting November 24, 2024, we will pre-authorize your credit or debit card at noon the day before your scheduled cleaning service.
How does this affect my service?
There is no impact on your cleaning service. You’ll simply notice the pre-authorization hold on your account starting the day before service.
Do I need to do anything because of this change in billing?
No action is required on your part. This pre-authorization is a minor update to our billing process.
What if my card cannot be pre-authorized?
If the pre-authorization does not go through, our office will reach out using your contact information on file. If we’re unable to update your payment information, we may need to skip your scheduled cleaning.

Is the pre-authorization a charge? When will I be actually charged for the service?
