We are a proud partner of Cleaning For A Reason, a non-profit that helps facilitate donated cleanings to women undergoing cancer treatment. Better Life Maids is dedicated to giving back to the communities we serve.
Fighting cancer is tough enough. Living with it is even more difficult. That’s where Cleaning For A Reason Comes in. Through our partnership with Cleaning For a Reason, we donate 4 free cleanings to women undergoing treatment for cancer. We currently serve up 5 patients at a time. Nationwide Cleaning For a Reason has served nearly 12,000 women undergoing cancer treatment and donated over $2.8 Million in cleaning services. We are so proud to be a part of this great organization.
How it Works
We are honored to be part of a network of over 1,200 cleaning companies dedicated to helping those undergoing cancer treatment. By providing a clean and comfortable home, we hope to offer a small sense of relief and support to patients during their journey.

Giving back through Cleaning for a Reason
We have been a proud partner of Cleaning For a Reason for the past 6 years. Together we try to make a difference in the lives of women undergoing cancer treatment. We donate up to 8 monthly cleanings to women that are placed with us through the program, and we have committed to providing services to one woman per month for each team we have. To date we have served over 50 women undergoing treatment for cancer, and provided nearly 250 free cleaning. You can go to their website and see all the good Cleaning for a Reason has done. To date over 17,000 cleanings have been donated nationwide, by services just like ours, committed to making the lives of those battling cancer, just a little bit better, one clean home at a time.
As we grow, our commitment to Cleaning For a Reason grows as well. Thank you for your ongoing support, and for helping us serve this cause that is near and dear to our heart. So many have been touched by this terrible disease. We know that we aren’t curing cancer. But we believe that providing these cleanings helps women to focus on their health and provides them with relief from the stress of every day life. About Cleaning for a Reason
Cleaning for a Reason is a nonprofit organization that partners with residential cleaners throughout the United States and Canada to offer free in-home cleaning to help cancer patients.
In 2017, Cleaning for a Reason was adopted by ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, joining the fold under the ISSA Charities arm. It is now positioned to achieve its long-desired goal of outreach expansion.
