Better Life Organized Instagram Competition Terms of Service January 2024

Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Go Green Clean LLC DBA Better Life Maids hereto referred to as Better Life or Better Life Maids, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the competition.

Contest Period

The competition begins on 01/10/2024 at 12 PM Central Time and ends on 1/31/2024 at 5 PM Central Time. Entries submitted before or after the competition period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

• Entrants must upload a video of their organizing project to their Instagram account.
• Entrants must tag @BetterLifeMaids and use the hashtag #BetterLifeOrganized in their post.
• The post must be shared to the entrant’s Instagram stories.
• Only one entry per household is permitted.

Prizes

• The Grand Prize: One winner will receive a Kitchen and Pantry Organization Project, valued at up to $2,000 and not exceeding 20 hours of service. 
• Runner-Up Prizes: Two runner-ups will be eligible to receive up to a $2,000 organizational project at a 50% discount, with a maximum discount of $1,000.
• Participation Prize: All participants will receive a coupon for 10% off an organizational project, with a maximum discount of $300.
• All supplies, organizing containers, etc… can be purchased or provided by the winner, but are not included in the prize.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Better Life Maids. Winners will be notified via Instagram within five (5) days following selection. Better Life Maids shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

Media Release

By participating in the competition, entrants agree to the use of their names, likenesses, and video submissions for publicity purposes by Better Life Maids without any additional compensation (unless prohibited by law). The winner must sign a media release form to grant Better Life Maids the right to use the before, during, and after footage and images of the organizing project for promotional purposes.

Terms & Conditions

Better Life Maids reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Better Life Maids’ control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition. Better Life Maids reserves the right to modify the prize if the conditions of the home do not allow for the completion of service. The winner must be in St. Louis County, St. Louis City, or an area of St. Charles County served by Better Life Maids. Not all areas are currently serviced in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, or St. Charles County. Additional terms include the scope of the project may not exceed 20 hours. Additional service can be purchased if both parties mutually agree.

Liability Release

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Better Life Maids and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the competition and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Better Life Maids website.
